FAQ & Policies

What is Permanent Jewelry?

Permanent Jewelry is welded on which allows your piece to be completely customizable. It is a quick and easy service that allows you to have a piece of jewelry that lasts. Our dainty pieces can be easily removed with nail clippers or wire cutters if needed in an emergency, but these pieces will last through everyday use until you are ready to remove. We also offer clasps at an extra charge for those who would like one.

What if my Permanent Jewelry breaks?

Our dainty chains are made to last, but Permanent Jewelry is not indestructible. We will offer rewelds and certain repairs for up to 60 days free of charge, but there will be NO refunds. After the 60 days, rewelds or additions like new charms or connectors will come at a charge.

Does Permanent Jewelry hurt?

Permanent Jewelry does not hurt. It is not like a tattoo and should not burn, shock, or be painful whatsoever. We do offer protective eyewear for you while getting welded if you’d like and advise to not stare at the weld for safety purposes.

What kind of chain do you use?

We use Sterling Silver, Gold Filled, Stainless Steel, and Gold Plated chain and charm options.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & Repairs

Both custom and ready to wear pieces (including but not limited to) Permanent Jewelry, Custom Charm Bar, Custom Engraving, and all other jewelry and accessories are NON returnable and are deemed final sale. There will be no refunds on any pieces and again, all pieces are FINAL SALE. Certain repairs can be made so please fill out our contact form for jewelry repair services and we will do our best to assist you.

What if I need to take it off?

Permanent jewelry is a great option to commemorate any event in your life, celebrate with loved ones, or just to add a new accessory to your collection. We offer Gold Filled and Sterling Silver chain and charm options that last longer and will not tarnish with daily wear.
